Terms of Use
Membership to RadioDirectx is provided free of charge. As a member you are eligible to receive our weekly promotional releases. You are not obligated to request any releases provided each week if you feel the music is not suitable for your programming.

Requesting any release(s) is your choice at any time. As a member you are required to provide one of the following: feedback, comments, playlists (* if available) or reviews (* if available) about each release you request. An email is automatically sent to you 4 weeks after your CD request has been shipped with a link to provide the feedback. We ask that you take a moment to let us know the CD arrived and if the CD has been, or will be played/reviewed.

By registering and providing payment you agree to the following terms of service

Artist will provide accurate registration information
Artist agrees to mail all CD Requests that arrive unless a specific reason is provided
Artist has enough CDs to participate in our service

Number of CDs will depend on the genre selected. Jazz = 100+, Reggae 100+, Country 100+, Hiphop 50+, Pop = 50+, Metal/Punk = 50+, Easy Listening = 50+, Dance/Electronic = 50+
